I love you guys! When you shipped me my order, UPS only delivered one out of the two deliveries. I was so busy packing that I didn't realize that I was short another 15 boxes (I thought I underestimated). A few days went by and someone from your company called me to ask if received 2 shipments, when I said no, she immediatley apologized and sent my additional boxes ASAP. I found that to be VERY professional and sincere. Especially since I was so overwhelmed with my move, that I probably would not have noticed the undershipment. My favorite thing about UsedCarbboardBoxes.com is that it is reusing a resource that normally goes into a compactor. At places I've worked at in the past it has always made me mad to see perfectly good boxes being thrown away, and I think this is a great solution to give those boxes new life. I always had to drive around to random stores asking for boxes before, and this is great solution to save myself a great deal of time. Finally, this website is a lot cheaper than buying new boxes..... if you were to go that route.
