I have used them twice, and the quality of the boxes is great. And they knew the size selection I needed in the Studio package. Better than my picking out things individually. The boxes were also able to be delivered both times to buildings in NYC that doesn't have a doorman. I'm not sure how they were able to get the UPS guy inside, but it worked. And I didn't have to go to the local UPS office on foot (no car, you see) to pick them up. The boxes are all similar of the same size... easy to stack. Easy for my movers. At first, I was skeptical of its all-online approach, wary of a scam. But after I found videos on YouTube from news stations, and after I read the Wall Street Journal article, I was sold. Not only was it relatively cheap (not cheaper than free, if you find your own boxes), it was extremely convenient. Moreover, my conscience could rest easy, knowing that I was reusing boxes.
