Our shipping policy is simple: we ship our moving boxes anywhere in the continental US for FREE! All of our moving boxes are shipped via FedEx or UPS Ground from one of our regional distribution centers and are guaranteed to arrive in 1-2 business days. Orders placed by 3PM (time zone of the delivery address) will be shipped the same business day. Please remember that Saturdays, Sundays and holidays are not considered business days. Orders placed after 3pm during the week, Saturday, Sunday or holidays will be shipped the very next business day.
Although UCB guarantees delivery in 1-2 business days, UPS exceptions can occur that may cause a delay. UPS exceptions include (but are not limited to) lost packages, receiver not available or incorrect address information. If a UPS exception occurs, we will strive to get your order to you as quickly, and with as little inconvenience, as possible. If you become aware of any shipping changes, or have not received your order after two business days, please contact us immediately at 1-888-BOXES-88 (1-888-269-3788) or contact us online at UsedCardboardBoxes.com.
When placing your order, please pay special attention to the UPS section of the order form. If you DO NOT require a signature for delivery, just click the box and indicate where you would like the boxes left, if no one is home. If you do not click this box, a signature WILL be required for delivery, which may cause the delivery to be delayed.
We know that moving is a stressful time and we'll do whatever we can to help. If your situation changes and you'd like to cancel or return a previously placed order, please call 1-888-BOXES-88 to obtain a Return Material Authorization Number (RMA#) prior to attempting any returns. In general, please note the following:
- We can not accept any returns without a valid RMA#.
- We can only accept complete, unopened orders for return.
- Return requests must be made within 3 days of receiving your order.
- You are responsible for returning the unopened order back to the distribution center where they were shipped; you will have to arrange, and pay for, return shipping. You can find that location on the top right corner of the shipping label on your boxes.
- Returned orders must arrive at our distribution center within 14 days of requesting a return.
- Returned and cancelled orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- If you choose to refuse your shipment from UPS, you will be responsible for the exact amount that UPS charges to return your boxes to us. This is an additional amount that UPS charges for refused shipments.
- Shipping boxes and commercial orders that are delivered via common carrier may not be returnable. Please speak directly with your Sales Associate.
- Your credit card will be credited once the packages are received by our warehouse, and can take 5-7 days to show up on your credit card statement.
